6 days boat tour from Manaus to Belém on the Amazon river, accompanied by two Indigenous Leaders - visiting Indigenous communities & regenerative projects, bonding & co-creating as a "Wisdom Crew" for the flourishing of life in the rainforest and beyond.
A five-day retreat in a sacred sanctuary of the Atlantic Forest, between Rio and São Paulo, with 12 Indigenous Elders - a rare space to learn from ancestral wisdom, rest and integrate after COP30, and align on concrete action for the future.

We will be a small, intentional group of conscious investors, philanthropists, and systems change pioneers journeying through the Amazon to experience its wisdom, beauty, and realities — accompanied by Indigenous Elders and guided by a local expert
Over five days, we navigate the sacred waters of the Amazon, immersing ourselves in the wisdom of Indigenous communities, the creativity of cultural traditions, and the resilience of riverine life. Along the way, we engage in dialogue circles, hands-on workshops, forest and river explorations, and shared rituals & meals with local communities.
Onboard, we reflect, co-create, and deepen our understanding of nature, Indigenous
wisdom, and systemic projects & investing - preparing to bring rooted insights to COP.
We will be traveling together with 2-3 Indigenous Elders, building trust through shared
experiences and mutual exchange - laying the groundwork for future collaboration.
With just 14 participants, the boat will be a space for deep connection, transformation cocreation, and collective insight - we all bring our unique gifts.

Right after the intensity of COP30 in Belém, we will gather for a unique retreat and deep exchange. For five days, elders from different continents will meet on the sacred lands of Catuçaba, in the heart of the Atlantic Forest.
The Earth Elders, a Wisdom Keepers Delegation, and the Earthrise Collective will each bring 4–6 elders. It will be a circle of wisdom, blessings, and visions for the future — guided by the Elders, guardians of ancestral knowledge who will help us integrate the learnings of COP30 and plant seeds for the regeneration of the Earth.
At this critical moment for our planet, when the future of humanity and nature depends on our ability to listen deeply and act with courage, such a gathering offers space to pause, reflect, and align with ancestral wisdom for the path ahead.
To make this possible, we are seeking to raise €50,000 in total. A suggested contribution is around €5,000 per seat, which helps cover the costs of travel, accommodation, organic meals, and stipends for the Elders. Contributions of different amounts are also welcome, as every gesture brings us closer to making this transformative experience possible.
Any surplus raised will be entrusted to the Elders’ delegations to support their ongoing initiatives and collective work.
We are opening 10 seats in the circle for those who feel called to join us in this profound exchange and co-visioning for the future.

Dana Ulrike Glatz
Dana is the Founder of Global Impact Alliance, a non-profit bringing Indigenous wisdom together with finance and corporate sustainability. She advises wealth owners, family offices, and leaders on wise leadership, legacy building, and systemic & impact investing. Her mission is to catalyze an Age of Wisdom - a paradigm shift where humanity moves from extraction to regeneration, weaving ancestral knowledge with modern innovation to shape thriving futures.
Erik van Buuren
Erik is a strategist and entrepreneur in the circular economy. He founded Cirquify and SDID (Sustainable Design Innovation & Development) to accelerate the shift towards regenerative business models and resilient communities. With a background in systems thinking and design, Erik bridges creativity and sustainability, bringing people together to rethink how we live, work, and create value.
Priscila Terenzi
Priscila is a social entrepreneur and the founder of Ka’a Harmony, a Berlin-based organization connecting Amazonian communities with European stakeholders to promote conservation and sustainable development. She works closely with ribeirinho (riverside) and women-led projects in the Amazon, amplifying their voices in global climate discussions and highlighting community-driven solutions in bioeconomy, climate justice, and gender equity.
Emmanuel Rengade & Bianca Borghetti
Emmanuel and Bianca steward two sanctuaries in Brazil—Catuçaba and Picinguaba—where ancestral wisdom guides regenerative living. Their path weaves the protection of sacred sites across the world with the creation of places where land, culture, and spirit are restored. They launched the Assegaia Declaration at the World Economic Forum and engage in global circles with Indigenous peoples, the Rights of Nature, and movements such as the Earthrise Collective. Their mission is to invite humanity back to its sacred essence: shifting from separation to wholeness.
